Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are damaged or faulty, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 30 days have passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that we only offer refunds and exchanges if the product is damaged or faulty. Our products are made to order just for you so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for this reason.

-We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind so take this into consideration when choosing your design.

-We do not offer refunds for the wrong size so please check measurements before purchase.

Refunds for damaged or faulty items only

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will ask you to provide a photo of the product that is damaged or faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

-The return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Digital Downloads-

Due to the nature of a digital download, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If there is any problem with the file, then please contact us for further advisement.
