What is a digital download?

A digital download is a file version of the design and not a physical product. It is usually a PDF, JPG or PNG file. Digital printables mean you can print out in the comfort of your own home, at your own convenience and as many times as you like.

How do I receive my files?

Once purchased, you have instant access to the file that you can download straight away. You will also have a copy sent to your email inbox. All files are compressed into a zip folder. For more information on our digital download process, you can refer to our Digital downloads guide.

What sizes are in my digital download file?

You will recieve 4 files that allows you to print on various sized paper. For more information on file sizes and how it works, please refer to our Digital download guide.

Do the prints come with frames?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a framing service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, in normal circumstances, orders take between 7-10 days to arrive depending on your location. For more information on shipping times, you can refer to our shipping policies HERE

How much is the shipping cost?
